With millions of vehicles shipped all over the country, we have never encountered an issue with someone attempting to steal a vehicle through auto transport.

While we don't offer specific student discounts, we have a range of discounts available for our customers, including new customer discounts, returning customer discounts, and referral discounts. If you refer a customer to us, you can receive up to $25 off per vehicle shipped with your referral.

Yes, you can if your car is being transported only by land. In such cases, you can have one piece of luggage, such as a suitcase or a bag, weighing up to 100 lbs, placed in the trunk or cargo area at no extra cost. However, if your car is being transported over water (e.g., to Hawaii), you cannot ship personal items in your vehicle. The vehicle must be completely empty of personal belongings, except for factory-installed equipment, or else the Port will reject it.

While you don't need to be personally present at the pickup location, it's highly recommended that you have a representative available at both the pickup and delivery points if you cannot be there yourself. The representative must be at least 18 years old. At both pickup and delivery, you or your pickup representative will need to inspect the vehicle and note any damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing it.

We recommend an open trailer for transport, which is the same method used to move brand-new cars from the factory to dealerships and the most cost-effective option.
